We are excited to announce this week’s Stars of the Week!
Class One
Maddy – for trying hard in phonics all week & putting her hand up to answer questions. She also made some great predictions during our group read too!
Class Two
Millie – for giving some great examples of adjectives & then writing some fantastic sentences using a range of adjectives.
Class Three
Pippa – For fantastic writing. You always put 100% effort into all your writing, and you think about and include all the features we have been talking about. Keep it up!
Class Four
Oscar – For having an overall brilliant week. Oscar has carefully followed instructions in his English work helping him meet the success criteria. He has been a maths whiz in maths, rising to new challenges and a master of Roman Numerals. Keep up the good work.
Class Five
Mollie – Mollie is such a wonderful member of Class 5. She is so helpful, intuitive and kind – Mollie can’t do enough to help those around her. Mollie is also excellent at taking responsibility for her own learning. She knows exactly what she needs to do to improve, and she tackles it head on.
Special Recognition: Christian Values Award
This week, we also celebrated the following children, who were spotted by staff for showing our Christian Values in their daily lives. In the coming terms, we will be exploring several of our Christian values, rather than focusing solely on one at a time.
