Managing Times of Crisis

Bee U Urgent Helpline operates 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.

Bee U is the emotional health and wellbeing service for people, up to the age of 25, living in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.

You or your parent / carer can contact them if you have any concerns regarding your own mental health and wellbeing. Their experienced call handlers and clinicians will listen to your worries and concerns and try to help you in the best possible way. During the call they may advise you or your parent / carer about local services that you can access and contact directly.

You can contact the Bee U urgent helpline by calling 0808 196 4501 (option 1 for under 18’s, option 2 for over 18’s).
