Operation Christmas Child

This year, the children at Bryn Offa are going to be taking part in Operation Christmas Child!

What is Operation Christmas Child? The Samaritan’s Purse project Operation Christmas Child collects shoebox gifts‑filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items—and delivers them to children in need around the world.

You do not need to worry about buying the shoeboxes as we will be providing those. All we are asking is that you make a small gift donation if you are able to. I am enclosing a list of some of some gift ideas. There are also craft ideas on the website if you would like to have a go at making a gift (https://www.samaritans-purse.org.uk/occ-quality-crafts/).  If you are able to help, please send your donation into school by Wednesday 10th November. Anything you can give would be amazing, no matter how big or small! Please keep in mind that the gifts will need to fit in a shoe box! Can I also ask that all donations are new and unused please. We are unable to accept second hand items.

Please see the leaflet below for some gift ideas.
